Join our ESD Beneficiary Programme
Uthingo ESD is an enterprise and supplier development fund with a focus on business incubation for our beneficiaries. Enterprise and Supplier Development (ESD) is a key component of South Africa’s Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) framework. The aim is to foster the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and enhance the capabilities of black-owned businesses within the broader economy.
Are you interested in joining our programme?
In order to register as a beneficiary with Uthingo ESD, please provide us with the below documents, as well as a brief description of your current business needs with which we can assist:
- B-BBEE Affidavit
- Shareholding organogram (if more than one shareholder)
- Share Certificates (If more than one shareholder)
- MOI (if more than one shareholder)
- CIPC Registration Document
