Identify & Recruit Qualifying Beneficiaries
Uthingo undertakes the recruitment of beneficiaries for all initiatives be it, Enterprise or Supplier development. Uthingo will contact your suppliers on your behalf to eliminate the administrative burden of Supplier Development. Uthingo boasts a large database of previously vetted and qualifying beneficiaries for Enterprise development. Uthingo can also assist with specific recruitment plans according to our clients’ mandates. Our pre-vetted beneficiaries are in a position to receive qualifying grants and non-monetary contributions with the Enterprise beneficiary being in a position to create employment as well as joining client supplier lists.
Manage Grant Distribution
Clients’ ESD funds can be distributed in the form of direct costs for various business scaling initiatives for qualifying beneficiaries. This includes business coaching and business support for the duration of the initiative. The initiatives that are funded are based on an in-depth SWOT analysis of the beneficiaries and focuses on addressing gaps identified.
Taking Over The Admin & Management Burden Of B-bbee Initiative Implementation
Uthingo is here to ensure our clients are relieved of the time-consuming burden of managing B-BBEE initiatives whilst ensuring maximum empowerment impact is achieved for the purposes of claiming the relevant points but also carrying out the spirit of the B-BBEE codes.
Provide Relevant Verification Documentation
Uthingo will ensure that all B-BBEE verification requirements are met from the initiation of the initiative to end, whilst maintaining a repository of all relevant verification documentation for a smooth B-BBEE verification. Regular reporting to clients will be provided on the progress of initiatives implemented, which will create the data for our verification report.
