Uthingo ST is focused on providing empowering and relevant skills transfer to Enterprise and Supplier Development beneficiaries through our expertly designed business literacy programmes delivered by qualified coaches, these programmes include coaching sessions with three coaches that focus on various parts of business operations and management. Further to the above Uthingo ST’s coaches are well positioned to provide consumer education programmes to consumer beneficiaries in rural areas.

Ama Mohapi
Business Mindset Coaching
Ama, who trained as a Life Coach, is a registered ETDP Seta Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator. She is a new young Coach working at coaching the Youth because she believes who best understands the youth than the youth itself!
Ama works with mostly young people in different phases of their careers and business growth, starting from high school (grade 9-12), graduates who are interested in starting their businesses, unemployed youth, and SMMEs. With the use of different life coaching tools, we teach them how to be mentally focused and assist them in uncovering their talents and values.
Jean Archary
Financial Wellness Coach
Jean is an author, speaker, businesswoman, and Financial Wellness Coach who is passionate about changing people’s financial lives. She is the founder of MONEY MESSAGES.
She is a feature writer for Wellness Warehouse Magazine, has been interviewed regularly on Power FM and Metro FM, and is a sought-after speaker on financial wellness. Jean’s previous role was Head of Business Management Solutions at Old Mutual Wealth where she was responsible for the strategy, development, and management of the advisor value proposition that helped independent financial planning business owners to grow and manage their businesses. This experience provided an in-depth understanding of the challenges that business owners dealt with and to build solutions that could help them to overcome and manage those challenges. Her passion for uplifting individuals, families, and business owners stems from her early childhood experience of watching her family go from abundance to scarcity and a desire to ensure that others avoid similar pitfalls.

Her role as Director at Opulentus Wealth specializes in financial planning for business owners at various stages of the business cycle.
Consumer Education
Uthingo ST has developed a unique consumer education initiative that we roll out in identified rural areas, specifically related to the FSTC practice note, that requires FSC companies to make 20% of their consumer education spend in rural areas.
What makes our programme unique:
We have partnered with a marketing company that has specific previous experience with marketing and advertising in Rural Areas and to ensure the highest impact from the marketing campaign rolled out.
We know and engage with community leaders in our identified areas such as chiefs, pastors, business leaders or governors, who assist us in outreach to communities and add validity to our campaign. They also assist us with community venues for rolling out the programmes.
We understand incentives are required for maximum participation and as such, have developed specific incentive schemes for the community. Uthingo ST’s programme has been vetted and we have a written confirmation from a SANAS agency that our programmes comply with the requirements of Consumer Education.
